We have a two stage process for starting your podcast - a Launch phase, and an Episodes phase.

Once we have Launched your podcast, having established the format, structure, audience, release schedule etc... we are in the Episodes phase of releasing and growing your podcast. This is a simple, structured and flexible process that enables you to focus on your content, and sharing it with your audience.

Launch (including Trailer and Episode 1) - $1,500 USD

• Conceptualizing and structuring the podcast
• Establishing length and release frequency of the podcast
• Strategizing launch and promotion
• Creating custom, impactful artwork
• Choosing and licensing music for intro/outro/transitions
• Advising on recording tech setup, hardware and software
• Supervising first recordings, to optimize and troubleshoot the process
• Fully producing (ad creation, mixing and mastering) podcast trailer and episode 1
• Setting up podcast hosting platform of choice and RSS feed
• Submitting to all major podcast distributors (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube Music etc...)

• Optimizing all audio, including noise reduction, EQ, compression etc..
• Ad creation
• Compiling, editing and mixing episode
• Constructing the episode according to established structure (intro/outro/ads/transitions)
• Mastering, optimized for playback on all devices

Throughout

• Troubleshooting any issues during recording, mixing or uploading
